Bluestone Lane to open new cafe in West Windsor Nov. 30

Bluestone Lane, the popular New York café, will open its latest New Jersey location in West Windsor on Thursday, Nov. 30. at the Nassau Park Pavilion on Route 1 South.

This will be the fourth New Jersey location for the chain, following Jersey City, Hoboken, and Newark Liberty International Airport Terminal A. The company now operates more than 60 cafes across the country.

Bluestone was founded in 2013 by Nick Stone, a former Australian football player turned banker from Melbourne. The cafe offers artisanal coffee beverages and full table service of all-day breakfast, brunch, and lunch, including toasts, bowls, wraps, salads, and pastries.

At the West Windsor location, patrons can enjoy new food options including breakfast nachos, a Chila Burrito that combines tortilla chips, guajillo sauce, avocado smash, and scrambled eggs, and an updated Rainbow Bowl salad featuring fall vegetables.

The interior of the new West Windsor store features soft green hues, combined with open spaces and lots of natural light.

“Our mission has always been to make everyone feel like a local, fostering connection through our welcoming, authentic spaces,” said Stone. “Introducing Bluestone Lane to the Nassau Park Pavilion marks an incredible opportunity to expand our New Jersey community, providing locals a space to gather with friends and forge new bonds over our signature coffee and food.”

The new West Windsor location will open daily from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. For more information about Bluestone Lane, visit BluestoneLane.com.
