The Princeton-Blairstown Center recently welcomed Michael Fletcher II and Randy Stephens to its board of trustees. The center serves young people, primarily from historically marginalized communities, by nurturing their social-emotional skills through experiential, adventure-based programming.

Fletcher is the chief of staff and director of administration at SEEDS – Access Changes Everything and is also the Founder & CEO of the Ely Prospect Consulting Group. He serves as an executive committee member and past president of the Association of Black Princeton Alumni. He holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a certificate in African-American Studies from Princeton University, and a master’s degree in education leadership, policy, and management from Seton Hall University.

Stephens, a first-generation college graduate, was born and raised in Trenton. A graduate of the now Trenton Catholic High School, he continued his education as a student-athlete at Hofstra University in Hempstead, Long Island. He earned a master’s degree in organizational leadership from Cairn University and serves as a business relationship manager for the New Jersey Business and Industry Association.

“We are grateful to have these two highly skilled professionals join our board,” said Princeton Blairstown President and CEO Pam Gregory. “Both have significant experiences which will help guide and inform our work to provide equitable access to high quality, transformative outdoor experiences to young people, particularly those from historically marginalized communities.”
