Flash flooding in Lower Makefield, Pa. swept up 11 vehicles. Four people are dead and first responders were still searching for an adult, a nine-month-old, and a two-year-old as of late Sunday morning.

A flash flood warning is in effect until 2:30 p.m. Sunday for the northwestern area of Middlesex County and the southeastern area of Somerset County
