Free and open to the public, no tickets required.In a series of conversations that bring guest artists to campus to discuss what they face in making art in the modern world, Pulitzer Prize-winning poet Paul Muldoon, director of the Princeton Atelier, moderates a discussion with Andrey Kurkov, award-winning Ukrainian journalist and author of 19 novels, including the international bestseller Death and the Penguin, and most recently Diary of an Invasion; and Alan Lightman, award-winning writer, physicist, social entrepreneur, and Princeton alumnus whose novel, The Diagnosis, was a finalist for the National Book Award in fiction, and whose research focuses on the astrophysics of black holes, astrophysical radiation processes, and stellar dynamics.
