Sinai, Holmes from Princeton University receive AMS Steele prizes

AMS Steele prizes have been received by two professors from the Princeton University. The Leroy P. Steele Prize for Lifetime Achievement was given to Yakov Sinai , a professor in Mathematics for his research into dynamical systems for over 50 years. The Leroy P. Steele Prize for Mathematical Exposition was given to Philip Holmes, Professor of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering.
